●After joining the company

We will confirm the vision and goal settings with each other and prepare for on-site implementation.
●On-site practice
We have a buddy system to help you get used to the workplace and work quickly. Experienced seniors will accompany the buddy and provide examples in a wide range of areas, including nursing care techniques, interpersonal relationships, self-management methods, and customer service. Through regular interviews, the buddy will be able to become independent in his or her work. We support your growth in an environment where you can work with peace of mind even if something goes wrong.
●Subsequent step up
As they practice their work, they undergo regular training tailored to their level to deepen their understanding, acquire knowledge and skills through lectures and group work, and aim to become a "nursing care professional." Let's eat. Communication is created through training and networking events where staff from all Minori Group offices gather, and relationships of trust are built by sharing the same concerns.
Through regular interviews and skill improvement sheets, employees review their work, identify issues in collaboration with the on-site manager and the leadership team, and update goal settings. We will thoroughly evaluate the efforts and growth of our staff based on their career vision.
