Cezars International is currently looking for passionate professionals to fill the role of Chef/Head Chef at one of our restaurant bar locations. This position is full-time and comes with attractive benefits and incentives. Suitable applicants should currently reside in Nagoya or Kobe or be willing to relocate to the area and be driven to produce the highest quality, consistently great food. The perfect candidate can create our current menu to perfection while bringing exciting new items on board that invigorate our brands. Our restaurant/bars currently have over 30 team members working to provide the highest level of personalized service to the thousands of customers we`ve been developing relationships with for more than 25 years. We are constantly evolving and growing our business and, as such, are always looking for great new leaders to assist in carrying out the day-to-day business of exceeding our customers' expectations.

Specific Duties :

Duties Include, but are not limited to:
 Cooking/creating outstanding meals every day
 Preparing all ingredients for current and new menus
 Menu development
 Cost control/Inventory management
 Maintaining the highest hygiene standards
 Catering and event planning
 Recipe development and maintenance
 Staff management

*Advanced Japanese skill is plus.
*Lower level English ability could be accepted depending on culinary ability.
