Cezars International is currently looking for passionate professionals to fill the role of Chef/Head Chef at one of our restaurant bar locations. This position is full-time and comes with attractive benefits and incentives. Suitable applicants should currently reside in Nagoya or Kobe or be willing to relocate to the area and be driven to produce the highest quality, consistently great food. Specific Duties :

Duties Include, but are not limited to:
 Cooking/creating outstanding meals every day
 Preparing all ingredients for current and new menus
 Menu development
 Cost control/Inventory management
 Maintaining the highest hygiene standards
 Catering and event planning
 Recipe development and maintenance
 Staff management

*Advanced Japanese skill is plus.
*Lower level English ability could be accepted depending on culinary ability.
