Job Title: Duty-Free Counter Staff

Job Description:
[Main Duties]
* Duty-free counter duties (passport checks, receipt verification, system data entry, etc.)
* Packaging of duty-free items
* Handling inquiries within the building
* You may also be asked to complete surveys during downtime.
* No prior knowledge of duty-free procedures is required. Numerous staff members with specialized knowledge will provide training.

Eligibility Requirements:
Japanese: Business level
Business level Japanese plus other languages (business level or higher) such as Chinese, Korean, English, etc.

① Those who want to communicate with foreign tourists in English/Chinese/Korean/etc. and provide hospitality
② Positive thinking and a positive attitude towards taking on new challenges
③ Ability to perform basic computer operations
④ Japanese N2 or higher 【Preferred Skills and Qualifications】
・Experience in the service industry or customer service
・Experience using foreign languages such as English/Chinese/Korean in a business setting to provide service or customer service
・Experience working with a PC
・International students/housewives/househusbands/freelancers/part-time workers/double jobs (working 1-2 days a week is negotiable depending on experience)
・Those who can work long-term
・Beginners with no knowledge of tax-free shopping are welcome
