Specific Duties : Duties Include, but are not limited to:  Cooking/creating outstanding meals every day  Preparing all ingredients for current and new menus  Menu development  Cost control/Inventory management  Maintaining the highest hygiene standards  Catering and event planning  Recipe development and maintenance  Staff management *Advanced Japanese skill is plus. *Lower level English ability could be accepted depending on culinary ability.
