[Store Manager Candidate] Store Operations Staff
■ Job Description
You will be involved in all aspects of store operations, including front-of-house and kitchen duties.

Front-of-House Duties: Guiding customers, serving food and drinks, preparing monjayaki at tables

Kitchen Duties: Preparing food and drinks, plating, food preparation, dishwashing

Other Duties: Store cleaning, equipment management, etc.

■ Skills and Experience Acquired
Even without prior experience, you can acquire a wide range of specialized skills, including:

Culinary Skills: Knife skills, beautiful presentation, procurement and ingredient selection

Specialized Knowledge: Knowledge of shochu, whiskey, liqueurs, spirits, and cheese

Operations and Management: Service manners, menu development, management as a store manager candidate

■ Salary and Benefits
Monthly Salary: ¥290,000 - ¥350,000 (+ overtime pay)

Bonus/Salary Increase: Available

Working Hours:
Monday-Friday 18:00-27:00
Saturday, Sunday 17:00-27:00

Holidays: 9 days per month (shift system)

■ Application Requirements
Experience: Not required (Beginners welcome!)

Japanese Language Proficiency: N2 or higher (Those who can communicate brightly are highly welcome)

Nationality: Not required, those with Specified Skilled Worker Visa No. 1 or 2 are highly welcome
