■ Job Description
Main duties: Serving customers in the dining area, kitchen assistance, food preparation

Onboarding process: 1. Mastering basic operations such as customer service and food preparation.
2. As a potential leader, managing sales, training and managing part-time staff.
3. Stepping up to general management duties.

Training system: One-on-one on-the-job training by senior staff (experience in the industry is not required, provided you have prior work experience).

■ Salary and Benefits
Basic Salary: ¥285,000 - ¥430,000

Allowances: Overtime pay, late-night work pay, transportation allowance

Bonus and Salary Increase: Twice a year

Overtime Hours: Approximately 25 hours per month

Benefits: Comprehensive social insurance (health, pension, workers' compensation, employment), visa acquisition/renewal support, support for the Specified Skilled Worker No. 2 examination

■ Working Hours and Holidays
Working Hours: 9:00 - 24:00 (Shift system / 8 hours actual work)

Holidays: 115 days per year / 2 days off per week

Leave System: Paid leave (10 days granted after 6 months), bereavement leave, seasonal leave, maternity/paternity/childcare leave

■ Housing Support
Company Housing System: ¥50,000 per month (deduction from salary)

Relocation Assistance: Company-funded (for those who need to relocate upon joining the company)

■ Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Over 2 years of cooking experience in the food service industry (basic preparation and pre-processing skills required)

Japanese language level: N2 level (high communication skills are more important than qualifications)

Nationality: Myanmar and Indonesian nationals are highly welcome
