・Handling phone inquiries
・Responding to emails (internal/client)
・Coordinating visit schedules and contracts

◆Administrative Processing & Procedures
・Preparing and issuing quotes and invoices
・Training arrangements (venue reservations, participant management, etc.)
・Instructor arrangements and schedule adjustments

◆Internal Work
・Coordinating and running internal meetings
・Collaborating with consultants (scheduling, content confirmation, transportation and accommodation arrangements)
・Computer and file organization
・Other related tasks
