Starting October 1st, this is a two-month position! Work at a hotel near the station with a high hourly wage! //

■VISA: For full-time work: Long-Term Resident, Permanent Resident, Spouse, or Working Holiday Visa holders.
For work less than three days a week: In addition to the above, we also consider student and dependent visa holders.
■Japanese Communication: Conversational level or above (Japanese Language Proficiency Test: N3 equivalent)
■Japanese Reading and Writing: Business level or above (Japanese Language Proficiency Test: N3 equivalent)

While there are various requirements,
the hourly wage is high, transportation expenses are provided, and the location is conveniently close to the station.

[Duties]
- Hotel room cleaning, bed making, and linen changing.
※Initially, you will mainly be sweeping the rooms and wiping down the bathrooms and washrooms. With guidance from your seniors, you will gradually be able to take on more difficult tasks like bed making.
*Experienced applicants (those who have completed one room by themselves) should learn the job and improve their ability to complete one room in a short period of time.

[Duration] October 1st - 2 months. Renewals will be announced by mid-November.

[Work Location]
- Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture
\Hotel work, 3-minute walk from Kaihin Makuhari Station on the JR Keiyo Line/

- 3-minute walk from Kaihin Makuhari Station on the JR Keiyo Line
(10-minute bus ride from Makuhari-Hongo Station or Makuhari Station on the JR or Keisei Lines)
- Full transportation expenses covered! (Maximum ¥30,000)
- Commuting by car, motorcycle, or bicycle is negotiable.

[Salary and Payment Date]
- Hourly rate starts from ¥1,300
*Experienced applicants who can complete one room will earn ¥1,400. Certified applicants and other experienced applicants will be considered for additional pay.
*Experienced inspectors will earn ¥1,700.

[Working Hours]
- 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM, 30-minute break
- Very little overtime

[Working Days]
- 3-5 days per week (number of working days varies depending on visa status)

- Applicants who pass the interview will be notified by phone within one week.
