■ Job Description
Job Title: Care Staff
Duties: Providing physical care and daily living support to residents, planning and conducting recreational activities, creating care records, etc.

■ Salary Structure (Kanto Area)
Expected Monthly Salary: ¥320,000 - ¥370,000
Basic Salary: ¥230,000
Treatment Improvement Allowance: ¥60,000 - ¥110,000
Night Shift Allowance: Overtime pay of ¥6,000 or more per shift (approximately ¥30,000 for an average of 5 shifts per month)
Salary Increase: Twice a year (April and October)
Bonus: Twice a year (June and December)
Allowances: Overtime pay, transportation allowance (up to ¥40,000 per month)
Trial Period: 6 to 6.5 months (Salary during this period is ¥15,000 less)

Area Leader: ¥5,120,000 (Monthly salary ¥340,000 + Bonus + Various Allowances)
Care Leader: ¥4,770,000 (Monthly salary ¥315,000 + Bonus + Various Allowances)
Sub-Leader: ¥4,630,000 (Monthly salary ¥305,000 + Bonus + Various Allowances)

Residence Status: Those with "Caregiving" status are highly welcome.

Qualifications: Certified Care Worker highly welcome.

Experience: At least one year of practical caregiving experience highly welcome.

Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N3 or higher highly welcome.
