Job type: Member of new rental car business startup
Reservations and customer care staff

Job summary:

We are looking for members to launch a new rental car business.
As a basic business,
Accept car rental reservations from customers and guide them through the application process.
Check the condition of the rental car and take the necessary procedures when returning the rental car.
Communicate smoothly with customers and provide high quality services
Please do this.

Qualification requirements:

Fluent Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English speaking and writing skills required
Customer experience is preferred
Must have a driver's license (regular car driver's license)
Experience in the rental car industry is a plus
Must have a working visa in Japan, or have a student visa and have the desire to obtain a working visa in the future.
Working conditions:

Work location: Chiba prefecture or Tokyo (working from home will also be considered after consultation)
Employment type: Full-time employee
Working hours: 6 days a week, 40 hours in total
Salary: 250,000 yen + incentive based on number of customers
