Cezars International K.K. is currently looking for passionate professionals to fill the roles of manager and/or assistant manager. These positions are full-time and come with attractive benefits and incentives. Suitable applicants should currently reside in Nagoya or Kobe be willing to relocate to the area.

Specific Duties:
• Managing and inspiring all team members to exceed customer expectations.
• Managing the floor and developing customer relationships.
• Driving sales and managing profitability.
• Monitor and control costs.
• Hiring and training all team members.
• Connect with customers and develop strong relationships with suppliers, team members and the community at large.
• Create an atmosphere that fosters delivering superior customer service that exceeds customer expectations and always provides the perfect visit.
