Job Description:
As a hall staff member, you will be responsible for:
- Guiding customers
- Taking orders
- Serving food
- Making drinks
- Handling the cashier
- Cleaning the restaurant
- Setting tables

As a hall manager, you will eventually be responsible for training new employees and managing the restaurant.

You will work while experiencing high-quality customer service and Brazilian ingredients, and gain the knowledge and skills of a churrasco restaurant that only a specialty restaurant can offer!

<Variable Work Hours>
40 hours or less of actual work per week on average

This is a monthly variable work schedule. Specific working days and times will be notified in advance via a shift schedule.

Working Hours:
9:00 AM - 11:30 PM (8 hours and 00 minutes of actual work)
Break:
1 hour and 00 minutes of break time between 9:00 AM and 11:30 PM depending on the shift

Work Location:
Omotesando Station (5-minute walk from the station)

Changes in Work Location:
Determined by each store based on preference, aptitude, experience, and skills

Transfers:
Non-requested

Salary:
¥250,000 - ¥300,000

Salary Example:
Monthly: ¥276,800
└ Base Salary: ¥217,700
└ Fixed Overtime: ¥48,100 (equivalent to 30 hours, overtime paid separately)
└ Meal allowance: ¥11,000

- 8-9 days per month
- 110 days off per year
- Annual paid vacation (10 days granted six months after joining)
