Job Description
This is a job opening for a manager or assistant manager at a famous ramen restaurant.
You don't need to have experience at a ramen restaurant or cooking, as long as you have motivation and enthusiasm.
Preference will be given to those with work experience in a restaurant.
The work at a ramen restaurant involves both cooking and serving customers.
This ramen shop has been open for 10 years in the tourist destination of Akihabara, but it is a meat-filled ramen shop that is different from your average ramen shop. If you wish, we can also teach you store management know-how.
There are two days off per week, but since it is a tourist area, there are no holidays on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
This is a job where you are often asked to work.
The owner has experience working with foreigners and restaurants overseas, and will carefully teach you how to work.
