<Job Description>
Depending on your experience, you will be assigned tasks such as basic preparation work and counter kitchen cooking.
In the future, you will be expected to handle a wide range of duties, including not only cooking but also serving customers behind the counter.

Rather than simply doing your assigned tasks one-on-one, let's work together, paying close attention to detail, and working together to create a lively restaurant where customers can enjoy their time with our food.

Work Style: Shift Work

Total Working Hours: 176-195 hours per month

Variable working hours from 8:00 AM to midnight (8 hours scheduled work per month)
Example Shifts: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM / 4:00 PM to midnight (taking into account last train)

Daytime Hours: 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Evening Hours: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM (Double shifts at night)
Morning Hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays: 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM (Varies depending on reservations)

Average Scheduled Working Hours: 173 hours and 33 minutes (per month)

Salary
290,000 - 500,000,000 yen

Initially promoted as a contract employee (after 6 months, you will be promoted to full-time employment following a consultation with the company and the employee).

- Base salary: 212,505 yen
- Fixed overtime pay (45 hours): 71,949 yen
- Fixed night shift pay (20 hours): 6,396 yen
- Perfect attendance allowance (if perfect attendance): 9,200 yen
- Total: 300,050 yen

If overtime hours exceed the fixed number, the full amount will be paid based on actual hours worked.
Ability and experience will be taken into consideration.
