Inexperienced welcome ◎ / Store manager position for new business

■Job details
Currently, we operate a Japanese soba restaurant [Manten no Hide Soba] and a breakfast buffet for hotel guests [Jurassic Diner]. The new store will open in February 2024. As the store manager (responsible person), you will be responsible for cooking, customer service, etc.

■Career path
You will join the company as a store manager candidate and will first work as a deputy store manager, gaining the necessary know-how and skills. After that (approximately 3 to 6 months after joining the company), if you meet certain criteria, you will be promoted to store manager. You will work as a store manager for about 1 to 2 years, and eventually you will be able to move to area manager or new business work at the headquarters (new store opening work/advertisement, public relations, etc.).

■Working hours
shift system
Business hours: 06:00-23:00
*Business hours vary depending on the work location.
*The entered work start/end times are just examples.
*Standard working hours per day: 8 hours

■Allowance
・Overtime allowance, separate performance payment
・Commuting allowance, paid separately (up to 50,000 yen/month)
・Regional allowance of 20,000 yen will be paid only if you live in Tokyo or 3 prefectures.
・Only in applicable cases, a position allowance of 5,000 to 20,000 yen will be paid.

■Holidays
Full two-day weekend system (public holidays for Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
Summer vacation (5 days), year-end and New Year holidays (6 days), paid vacation (from 10 days after 6 months of employment), condolence leave, special leave, anniversary leave
