Job Description
At Techno Smile, a company listed on the TOKYO PRO Market, you will be responsible for online Japanese language instruction, primarily for Japanese language learners from Asia (Technical Intern Trainees, Specified Skilled Workers, etc.).
- Japanese language instruction (for Technical Intern Trainees, Specified Skilled Workers, etc.)
- Online Japanese language instruction for beginner to intermediate learners using our original teaching materials
- Learning advice, progress management, and attendance reporting (computer entry)
- Orientation at the start of training
- Creation of manuals and teaching materials, etc.
- Administrative and incidental tasks related to the above

Application Requirements
[Required Skills]
- Japanese Language Teacher Training Course (420 (hours or more) or passing the Japanese Language Proficiency Test
・Practical experience in Japanese language teaching
・PC input skills
[Preferred Skills]
・Registered Japanese language teacher or currently applying to be a registered Japanese language teacher
・Practical experience in creating Japanese language teaching materials
[Desired Profile]
Able to provide strict yet warm guidance, including etiquette and learning attitude, based on the premise of working in Japan.
Able to thoroughly report, communicate, and consult while respecting cultural differences.

Working Hours & Holidays
Work Type: Part-time
8:00 AM - 10:00 PM (negotiable)
Standard Working Hours: 2-8 hours/day
1 day/week (negotiable)
Holidays: Weekends off

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ¥1,800/hour
Employment Type: Contract employee (renewed every 6 months)
