You will be responsible for English customer support for our international e-commerce website specializing in bedding and traditional Japanese cushions (zabutons).

Our handcrafted organic cotton futons, made by skilled artisans, are highly appreciated by customers around the world.
This is a unique opportunity to bring traditional Japanese craftsmanship to a global audience.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries from overseas (in English, mainly via email)
Provide customer support using AI tools
Handle administrative tasks related to customer service
Communicate with domestic staff (in Japanese)
Create product orders and production instructions
Prepare shipping documents
Issue quotations and invoices

Working Hours

Weekdays (Monday–Friday)
Either:

8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
or
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:

At least 4 days per week
Minimum 3 hours per day
Shift-based schedule
Holidays
Two days off per week (Saturday & Sunday)
National holidays
Summer holidays
New Year holidays
