Our main target audience includes foreign nationals who need to learn Japanese, such as technical trainees from Indonesia and those working in Japan under the Specified Skills Visa system.
We provide comprehensive support, primarily focused on improving Japanese language skills, so that they can work and live in Japan with peace of mind.

We offer Japanese language instruction from beginner to intermediate levels, using original teaching materials developed in-house.

By incorporating content that simulates actual work and living situations, we aim to help students acquire practical Japanese language skills that are useful in the workplace.

Furthermore, we carefully explain the meanings of words and unique Japanese ways of thinking that learners often find difficult, using their native language to deepen their understanding.

Beyond academic support, providing emotional support to address anxieties and concerns about working in a foreign country is also an important part of our role.

In addition, we handle learning management tasks such as monitoring learning progress, providing individual advice, and managing attendance.

At the start of education, we conduct an orientation to share learning methods and goals, supporting a smooth start.

In addition, you will be responsible for creating manuals and teaching materials to support learning, as well as administrative tasks related to education.

This Japanese language education business is operated by Techno Smile Co., Ltd., a company listed on the TOKYO PRO Market.

Single-person dormitories are available, and the company covers the initial move-in costs.

Dormitory fee subsidies and financial support for those relocating from outside the prefecture are also provided.

Required Skills
《Required》
・Indonesian language (business level or higher)
・Experience in Japanese language education
・PC input skills (typing, basic operation of Excel and Word)
《Preferred Qualifications》
・Completion of a Japanese language teacher training course (420 hours or more)
・Passing the Japanese Language Proficiency Test
・Registered Japanese language teacher (application in progress is also acceptable)

●Can provide "strict yet warm" guidance, including Japanese business manners and customs
●Understands cultural differences between Indonesia and Japan and can communicate smoothly (reporting, contacting, consulting)
