💼 Position: Part-time Instructor (Main or Assistant Teacher)

●Compensation:
Hourly rate: ¥2,500+ (for main instructors, with performance-based incentives depending on class size)

●Assistant instructor: ¥1,500/hour
●Training period: ¥1,200/hour
●Transportation allowance provided (up to a fixed limit)
●Requirements:
Open to all nationalities (Japanese communication ability is a plus)
●English fluency required — applicants will be asked to give a short presentation in English during the interview
●Teaching experience preferred, but not required (training provided)

※※ who have at least one year remaining on their residence status (visa) in Japan.

●Responsibilities:
①Conduct fun and engaging lessons for children
②Communicate with and support parents
③Attend monthly staff training sessions

●Work Hours:　
Only during assigned class times (direct commute to and from the studio)
