Job Description
・Design automated production equipment, such as welding lines for automotive parts
・Control design
・Project management
・Meetings with Indian factories
・Overseas business trips

Requirements
・Japanese proficiency (N3 or above) *A sufficient level for business meetings and daily life in Japan
・Experience and knowledge of control design and PLCs

Preferred Qualifications
・Management experience
・Experience in production engineering
・Knowledge of robotics
・Experience working at a major Japanese automobile manufacturer, such as Honda or Suzuki

Desired Profile
・Ability to stay in the position and work long-term
・Ability to communicate comfortably with other staff
