Cypress Resort Kumejima, a resort hotel on Kumejima Island in Okinawa, is seeking a full-time restaurant staff member.

Your role will involve welcoming guests, serving food, and serving drinks in the hotel's restaurants and banquet halls, helping to create memories through hospitality.

[Major Duties]

* Restaurant service (Japanese/Western buffet and course meals) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
* Guiding guests and taking orders
* Serving and clearing drinks and food
* Setting up and cleaning up venues
* Simple cashier and accounting duties
* Banquet service (party support) also available

* Scope of change: Duties as determined by the company

● Foreign nationals who can handle customer service in Japanese are also welcome (JLPT N3 or above).

● Variable Work Hours (8 hours work, 60 minutes break)
● 8-10 days off per month (shift system)

● Average 20 hours of overtime per month (full overtime pay provided)

Working Hours & Days

Hiring Process (No experience necessary)
You'll receive on-the-job training for 1-3 months, with dedicated support from senior colleagues. You'll also learn about the overall operation of the hotel, naturally acquiring the hospitality skills of a resort hotel.

Salary Supplement
●Monthly salary: ¥210,000 - ¥380,000
●Expected annual salary: ¥2,800,000 - ¥5,000,000
●Salary increases: Twice a year (April and October)
●Bonuses: Twice a year (July and December)
●Overtime pay (fully paid)
●Transportation expenses reimbursed (up to ¥50,000 per month)
●Business trip, position, and skill allowances available
3-month probationary period
