Job in Hotel

Located in the heart of Kumamoto City, the Kumamoto Tokyu REI Hotel is seeking a front-desk staff member to be the "face" of the hotel.
Your job will provide a comfortable and warm stay for guests from Japan and abroad.
Main Duties:
● Check-in and check-out assistance
● Providing tourist and transportation information
● Handling inquiries via phone and chat
● Guiding guests to their rooms and assisting with luggage
● Greeting and seeing guests off at the front entrance
