This resort hotel faces Tiger Beach in Onna Village, Okinawa, and offers ocean views from all rooms.

Position
Front Desk Staff (Full-time)

You will be responsible for all front desk operations.

Check-in and check-out
Customer service (English and Chinese spoken)
Telephone and email responses
Reservation management and computer entry
Luggage storage and handling

With a thorough training and support system in place,
you'll develop the first-class customer service skills and etiquette you expect from a hotel.

Qualifications

Age: 20s-40s
Experience: 1+ years of hotel or customer service experience
Education: No requirements
Language: Japanese N2 or above, English conversation skills required
New graduates not accepted

Transportation and Location Information

Hotel Monterey Okinawa Spa & Resort
Onna Village, Okinawa Prefecture (a large resort hotel near Tiger Beach)
*All rooms have ocean views
*Commuting by public transportation or private car is acceptable

Access:
・Approximately 10 minutes by car from Ishikawa IC on the Okinawa Expressway
・Approximately 65 minutes by limousine bus from Naha Airport (get off in front of the hotel)
