Job Description
You will be paired with a manager and assistant manager and will be in charge of managing the hotel! (Service contract)
●You will be in charge of the entire hotel!
●You will live in the hotel and manage the hotel as the hotel manager. Accommodation provided! (No rent or utility fees)
Specific job duties
◆Reservation reception, check-in/out, breakfast service, etc.
◆Recruiting, training, and management of part-time staff
◆Simple accounting work

≪Application requirements≫
■You will be living in the hotel, so you must be able to work in a pair. (Couples, couples, siblings, friends, etc.)
-Those with a technical/humanities/international business (Technical Person) visa, consultations are available even if the remaining period of stay is less than one year
■Some degree of PC skills such as Word, Excel, etc.
■Japanese language proficiency JLPTN2 or higher

After training, you will be eligible for our hotel chain nationwide.
<Salary>
■Wage type: Annual salary system (12 divisions)
11.5 million yen per year *Remuneration amount for two people
Incentive + performance bonus annual salary system (12 divisions) will be added to this.
