<Job Description>
You will be responsible for the maintenance and inspection of forklifts operating in manufacturing and logistics facilities. The work primarily involves technical tasks to maintain safe equipment operation, and experienced individuals will be given a wider range of responsibilities.

◆ Regular forklift inspections and maintenance (oil changes, battery management, adjustments)
◆ Initial diagnosis of malfunctions and problems, and coordination with mechanics
◆ Assistance with parts removal, cleaning, and replacement
◆ Completion of maintenance records and inspection sheets, and data entry
◆ Inventory management and organization of tools and parts
◆ Daily checks based on equipment safety standards

Experienced individuals will be assigned practical tasks immediately upon joining the company. The scope of work and responsibilities will be flexibly adjusted according to skills and experience. This environment is ideal for those aiming to obtain mechanic certifications or further hone their on-site skills. It is suitable for those who want to work stably long-term while enhancing their expertise.

<Work Environment>
We are currently recruiting forklift maintenance and inspection staff. Those with experience in equipment and machinery maintenance will be able to contribute immediately. Forklift license holders are especially welcome, but relevant experience is acceptable even without a license.

The workplace is a manufacturer-affiliated factory in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture. This is a stable workplace with a 3-month dispatch contract, but it is a position intended for long-term employment. The hourly wage starts at 1,500 yen and is negotiable depending on experience and skills. Full-time work allows you to aim for a monthly income of 240,000 yen or more.

Commuting by car is OK, and free parking is available. You can commute at your own pace without being tied to public transportation. You will have 2 days off per week (Sunday and Monday), allowing for a good work-life balance. Hourly wage: 1,500 - 2,375 yen

(No qualifications) Hourly wage: 1,500 - 1,875 yen
(Qualified) Hourly wage: 1,900 - 2,375 yen

<Salary Example>
✅Day shift hourly wage: 1,900 yen x 8 hours = 15,200 yen
✅15,200 yen x 21 days of work = 319,200 yen
✅Overtime hourly wage: 2,375 yen x 5 hours = 11,875 yen

✨Basic hourly wage: 319,200 yen + Overtime hourly wage: 11,875 yen = 331,075 yen

✨Monthly income of 330,000 yen or more is possible!!!
