Job in Factory

■Responsible duties: We will be responsible for the start-up, trial operation, and adjustment of various environmental plant facilities (waste treatment facilities, chemical plant facilities, etc.), mainly garbage treatment facilities.
*Test run is a job that involves checking the operation of power receiving equipment, piping, and installed machinery when a new factory or plant is built, and confirming and reporting whether they are working properly.

・Creation of a set of documents necessary before work, such as trial run process, construction schedule, safety plan, work plan, etc.
・Repair/modification of individual equipment and control systems
・Various plant trial runs, operation guidance, operation support ・Trouble response, etc.
・During the business trip period, you will be working locally, but during the office work period, you will be able to telework (business trip: office = approximately 7:3)
■Work style: Work locations will be on-site all over the country. You will work at business destinations all over the country for a short period of one month, a maximum of six months, and an average of three months.
■Life during business trips: During long business trips, we will arrange an apartment near the site. Travel allowance will be paid on a daily basis. (Method of transportation: Public transportation or private car is possible) The company will pay the expenses related to returning home once every two months. This work style is perfect for those who don't want to be tied to a fixed location and love to travel.
■Procedure after joining: First, you will take a one-week course to acquire qualifications at our Kyoto head office.
■Organizational structure: This department is made up of 8 people (35 to late 50s/male), of whom 4 are in charge of trial operation work. Many of our employees have been with us for over 10 years, although all of them have no prior experience.

■Application requirements:
・No work experience required (*Work will be carried out in teams, so even those with no experience will be able to follow along with the team)
・Those who are willing to learn about plant commissioning knowledge (mechanical, electrical, architectural), etc.
・Regular car license preferred (not required)

■Working hours supplement: Shift system
There will be two 12-hour shifts as described in ① and ② below, or three 8-hour shifts.
Work pattern ① 8:00~20:00
Working pattern ② 20:00~8:00
Work pattern ③8:30~17:00
Work pattern ④ 16:30~0:30
Work pattern ⑤0:00~9:00
■Supplementary information on working hours classification: Variable work system in units of 1 year/Average weekly working hours 38 hours 3 minutes
*Working hours and scheduled working hours are examples of standard working hours.
■Holiday format: 2 days off per week
・It is also possible to take long vacations in 1-2 week increments between construction periods.
・Shift system: 7th to 9th/month (optional holidays available)
