As a Staff Bridge employee, you will work as an interpreting sales staff member at a store operated by our company or a partner company's store. Due to the increasing inbound demand, we are looking for people with Chinese and English skills for our overseas recruitment project!

<Employment type>
Full-time employee
*6-month trial period (contract employee)

<Job content>
-Interpretation and sales customer support
-Wrapping
-Product display
-In-store beautification, etc.

<Work location>
Department stores/street stores in Tokyo (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza, Harajuku, Ikebukuro, etc.)
*Introductory training will be conducted at the Shinjuku office, and the work location will depend on the assignment.

＜Working hours＞
▪Shift system, depending on facility and brand regulations
　※7.5-8 hours of actual work, 1-1.5 hours of break
　※8-9 days off per month

＜Salary＞
▪Monthly salary 225,000 yen and up (including all allowances)
　※215,000 yen during the 6-month trial period
▪Salary increase twice a year, bonus twice a year
▪Full transportation expenses paid
▪All social insurance options available

★Performance evaluation every six months
Bonuses are determined based on the achievement rate of the goals set every six months. Salary increases and promotions are determined based on the evaluation sheet, regardless of years of employment or age.

【Qualifications】
▪️No experience necessary
▪Junior college/university graduate or above (those who wish to obtain a work visa)
▪Chinese and Japanese (N2 equivalent or above) language skills
▪Those who can work in Japan for more than one year
