■Job details: You will be responsible for construction management and supervision of environmental plants. We will be responsible for on-site supervision of construction of various environmental plant facilities (chemical plants, waste treatment facilities), mainly garbage treatment facilities.

・Creating a set of documents necessary before work, such as safety plans and work plans
・Site safety management, process management, contractor instructions
・Trouble handling, etc.
■Work style:
Work locations will be located across the country. You will continue to work at business locations throughout the country.
■Life during business trips:
During long business trips, we will arrange an apartment near the site. Travel allowance will be paid on a daily basis. (Method of transportation: Public transportation or private car is possible) The company will pay the expenses related to returning home once every two months. This work style is perfect for those who don't want to be tied to a fixed location and love to travel.
■Procedure after joining: First, you will take a course to acquire qualifications at our Kyoto head office. After that, as soon as the place of assignment is decided, you will be asked to go to the field. Even if you are inexperienced, don't worry as our senior employees will teach you how to do the job step by step.
■Organizational structure: This department is made up of 8 people (35 to late 50s/male), of whom 4 are in charge of construction work. Many of our employees have been with us for over 10 years, although all of them have no prior experience.
■Organizational culture: All members often travel to the same site and are like brothers and family who can talk to each other about anything. We have an open company culture where it is easy to express opinions, and we have a culture that properly evaluates the skills of each individual and actively entrusts them with new tasks, regardless of whether they are new graduates, mid-career employees, or their age. ・No work experience required
・Regular car license required
・Knowledge and experience in plant construction (mechanical, electrical, architectural, etc.) is a plus.

■Holiday format: 2 days off per week
・It is also possible to take long vacations in 1-2 week increments between construction periods.

■Working hours: 9:00-17:45
■Working hours classification: Variable working hours per year/Average weekly working hours 38 hours 3 minutes
