Daikyo Construction is a company that manufactures precast concrete products in Chiba Prefecture.

This job involves supporting the work and daily lives of technical trainees, specified skilled foreign workers, and other foreign national employees.

≪Specific Job Responsibilities≫
・Assisting with residence status applications and various administrative procedures
・Factory and site inspections
・Providing guidance and explanations on safety, health, and labor rules
・Translation and interpretation (Japanese ⇔ native language)
・Japanese language lessons
・Employee training
・Coordination and communication with sending organizations and supervising organizations

≪Required Skills≫
・Ordinary driver's license
・Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or higher

≪Preferred Skills≫
・Experience working in the construction or manufacturing industry
・Ability to speak Indonesian, English, or Tagalog
・Enjoy communicating with people

【Salary】
Recruitment: Full-time employee
Monthly salary: ¥276,700 - ¥311,200
Fixed overtime pay (20 hours): ¥36,100 - ¥40,600
*Overtime work exceeding 20 hours will be paid additionally

【Working Hours】
9:00 - 18:00
Overtime: Approximately 10 hours per month

[Holidays]
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays (2 days off per week)
　　　GW/Summer holidays/Year-end and New Year holidays
Annual holidays: 115 days
*Saturday work is required approximately once a month.

[Bonus]
Twice a year + one year-end bonus (paid consecutively in recent years)
