No experience necessary/We are looking for construction management assistant staff!
You will be responsible for support work such as photo management, document creation, and site patrols at the construction site. You can start even if you have no experience in the industry, and we also provide comprehensive training and support for obtaining qualifications. It is an environment where you can start with peace of mind.
≪Main duties≫
Photography and data organization (using PC and tablet)
Document creation (estimates, daily reports, drawing corrections, etc.)
On-site check of process, quality, and safety
Support system:
Basic training on business etiquette and business knowledge
Free CAD courses and support system for obtaining national qualifications
Reassuring with colleagues who joined the company at the same time!
≪Working conditions≫
Annual salary: 3.5 to 4.5 million yen (negotiable depending on experience)
Monthly salary: Basic salary of 226,000 yen + fixed overtime pay of 34,000 yen (for 20 hours)
Salary revised once a year, excess overtime pay paid separately
