Job Description
You will be the helmsman to ensure that the construction progresses as planned. You will be responsible for procuring materials, arranging for craftsmen, and managing the construction schedule.

After joining the company, you will start with simple tasks such as replacing screen doors, re-covering tatami mats, and learning the names of machines! Experienced veteran employees will provide one-on-one guidance, so even those with no experience can rest assured. We will support you for about one month! After you become independent, you will have your own projects and gradually expand your range of activities while receiving advice.

- After the contract is concluded, you will receive a "specification sheet" from the sales representative in charge (it's like a blueprint)
- Based on the specification sheet, you will decide on the wallpaper, floor color, and handrail type that are close to the customer's request.
- You will order materials and arrange for craftsmen to start the work.

During training, senior employees will be with you and teach you the necessary knowledge, skills, and techniques one-on-one. Of course, we will continue to give advice from time to time even after you become independent, so if you have any problems, please ask your senior. With the support of senior employees, many employees who started with no experience are active! You can work from scratch with a skill◎

Because we want you to work for a long time. Less overtime & plenty of holidays!
At our company, overtime is about 20 hours a month on average. Since renovations can only be done during hours when customers are present, there is no early morning or late night work! In addition, we strive to have everyone leave work by 8 p.m. at the latest, and we strive to avoid any overtime beyond that. In addition, you can take long vacations such as summer vacation and New Year's holidays. We want you to settle down and work, so we focus on creating an environment that is easy to work in!

Full-time employee

Expected salary
Monthly salary of 203,500 to 400,000 yen + incentive + bonus twice a year (March and December)

※Determined based on age, experience, and skills.

※There is a two-month trial period. There is no difference in treatment or salary during that time, but incentives will be paid after training.

※The trial period may be shortened depending on the level of proficiency.

※The above includes fixed overtime pay (50 hours / 83,500 yen)

≪Incentive≫
After the construction is completed, 1% of the profits of projects that meet the conditions will be paid as an incentive.

Actual salary example
Monthly salary: 360,000 yen (3 years with the company / chief)

Bonus
Twice a year (March and December)
