● Job Description
・Cleaning and maintenance of building materials (pipes, plates, parts, etc.)
● Work Location
・8-minute walk from Nakayama Station on the JR Yokohama Line
・Commuting by car or motorcycle is possible (parking available)
● Working Hours
・08:00～17:30 (1 hour 30 minutes break, 8 hours of actual work)
● Working Days
・Monday to Friday (Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, New Year's holidays, Obon, Golden Week holidays off)
*If there is a national holiday between Monday and Friday, Saturday will be worked instead.
● Hourly Wage
① 1,40 0 yen (including transportation expenses)
② 1,300 yen (transportation expenses paid separately)
*① and ② can be selected
● Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must possess one of the following qualifications:
・Designated Activities (Refugee Visa) *Possible depending on the contents of the designation document
・Permanent Resident
・Long-Term Resident
・Spouse of a Japanese National
・Spouse of a Permanent Resident
● Japanese Language Proficiency
・Ability to communicate in Japanese
