Job in Cleaning Service

This job involves cleaning the interior of Tokaido Shinkansen trains arriving at Tokyo Station. It takes just 10 minutes to clean the train and provide a comfortable interior space for passengers. Teamwork is essential to keep a 16-car Shinkansen train clean within the allotted time.
We are looking for foreign leaders of the future.

Contract Employee
- Two-month initial contract, then adjusted to one year starting in April or October.

[Job Description]
Cleaning the interior of Tokaido Shinkansen trains at Tokyo Station
- Greeting passengers as they disembark
- Collecting trash from inside the train
- Rotating seats
- Checking that seats are dry
- Mopping floors, etc.

[Work Hours]
7:30-16:00
7:40-16:10
7:50-16:20
8:00-16:30
12:05-20:35
12:40-21:10
12:50-21:20
13:00-21:30
All shifts are 7 hours and 30 minutes of actual work time with a 1-hour break.
*Work is on a shift system, and you will be required to work all of the above shifts.
*Overtime is almost non-existent.

[Holidays]
114 days per year, 9-10 days per month
*Depending on shift, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays may be worked.

[Vacation]
- Annual leave: 10 days granted after 6 months of employment.
- Other holidays available.

[Salary]
¥11,650 per day
- Monthly salary, paid in a lump sum on the 20th of the following month.
- Daily payment, no advance payments.
- Monthly salary varies depending on the number of days worked per month.
Monthly salary example: If you work 21 days a month,
11,650 yen x 21 days = 244,650 yen
Bonus: Twice a year (according to company policy)
Transportation expenses (up to 50,000 yen per month via company-designated route)
