You will work at a foreign-affiliated data center as a candidate for security team leader. You will only deal with visitors whose application has been approved in advance.

You will work as a security team leader at a data center of a major foreign-affiliated company! Specifically, matching the ID of customers who enter the facility with their application.
Entrance procedures and issuing entrance badges, escalation work such as instructions and confirmations via chat with overseas selections.
Baggage inspection and body checks with metal detectors are also conducted in some cases.

Working hours
■ Variable work hours system (shift system, average of 40 hours or less per week)
・ Day shift: 8:00-20:00 (10 hours of work / 2 hours of break)
・ Night shift: 20:00-8:00 the next day (10 hours of work / 2 hours of break)

Holidays and vacations

Salary
*There is a three-month trial period after joining the company.
The salary during the trial and training period is as follows.
New employee training: 1,120 yen x 23 hours = 25,760 yen
New employee training: 1,120 yen x 32 hours = 35,840 yen
On-site OJT training: Daily wage of 12,600 yen (duration varies depending on proficiency level)

You will start work as a SO (screening officer).
*Night shifts, weekends and holidays can be worked by supervisors (SS) and above.

Salary examples
◇SO position: 20 days of day shifts, 300,000 yen + various allowances
◇SS position: 20 days of day/night shifts, 350,000 yen + various allowances
◇SSS position: 15 days of day/night shifts, 480,000 yen or more + various allowances
Training
★Training content
A: New SO
New employee (legal) training, 23 hours
New employee training, 32 hours
SO training: First, you will undergo on-the-job training at the actual workplace.
The period will vary depending on your level of proficiency.
SO duties: Screening work using a metal detector.
★The progress of the work will be checked and the Kansai branch will recommend you to SS.

B: SS
SS training/judgment (2 days)
OJT training as an SS position (duration varies depending on proficiency level)
SS duties: Mastering SO work and being able to provide guidance.
Escalation work to overseas desks in English.
★The progress of the work will be checked and the Kansai branch will recommend you to SSS.

C: SSS
SS training (including OJT)/judgment (duration is about 1 month)
★Promotion to SSS position based on final review by customer manager
However, the SSS period may be adjusted depending on the availability of the site.

(Promotion to SS/SSS varies from person to person.)
