★Customer support work at self-service baggage drop machines★
[Job description]
This job involves supporting customers who use the CUBD (Common Use Bag Drop): self-service baggage drop machine when dropping off their baggage before checking in at Narita International Airport.

Basically, this is a machine where customers can drop off their baggage themselves, but this job involves explaining how to use it and providing support to customers who are confused or don't know how to use it.

Since we have many customers from overseas, we are looking for people with basic English conversation skills equivalent to or higher than the Eiken Grade 2 level.

-We will support you with your VISA application and renewal!

・We also support finding a house near the airport and signing an apartment contract!

[Working hours]
・More than 4 hours a day between 6:00 and 21:00, shift work
・8 hours a day for full-time employees
・Monday to Sunday, 3 to 5 days a week

[Days off]
・8 to 10 days off per month (full-time employees)
・Yukyukyuka (received after 6 months after joining the company)

[Working place]
JR line, Narita Sky Access line, Keisei Main Line
Connected from Narita Airport Station and Narita Airport Terminal 2 Station.
